The Call
I'm travelling North to the high plateaux boardering the coast
I'm travelling fast just like I always did in my whole life
The city seems so far, vanishing like a star into the clouds
And all around the wilderness starts playing with my common sense
How deep is your Call! like I already knew it all
It's foggy on the way, the car is full of steam
We can see close to nothing
Open the window so you can feel the icy wind
Flagging your ears
Why I'm playing? i must admit i never thought about it
And i keep searching for a place where i can rest my soul
How deep is your Call! like i already knew it all
How deepin my soul, i shouldn't worry 'bout it all
We meet travellers on the way, goldseekers & beatnicks lost in time
What are they seeeking, far, so far from the shores of modern times
We pulled off the van, grab our gears than started to climb
The fresh virgin powder, i knew there was no wonder
How deep is your Call! you took me back where I belong
How deep in my soul, i found a shelter from the storm
The smell of the sap, an ibex is now defying the void
Hold your horses! this 50 degree pass will soon be won
Here starts the ride... we dive like pirates preparing to board
I still cannot forget, the cheerings of my friends
How deep is your Call! you took me back where I belong
How deep in my soul, i found a shelter from the store
I'm travelling fast just like I always did in my whole life
The city seems so far, vanishing like a star into the clouds
And all around the wilderness starts playing with my common sense
How deep is your Call! like I already knew it all
It's foggy on the way, the car is full of steam
We can see close to nothing
Open the window so you can feel the icy wind
Flagging your ears
Why I'm playing? i must admit i never thought about it
And i keep searching for a place where i can rest my soul
How deep is your Call! like i already knew it all
How deepin my soul, i shouldn't worry 'bout it all

What are they seeeking, far, so far from the shores of modern times

How deep in my soul, i found a shelter from the store
