The Lighthouse

Since i was a little child
I heard the story of the Lighthouse
Built against the force of nature
No ship followed it's guidance for years
In the windy nights
You can hear
An howling sound
They are screaming for help
They are screaming for help
No one here is allowed to stay after
The change of season

Dreams, they say
Strange dreams accour
When the mist comes
Alone in your chamber
When lucid thoughts
Surrender to sleep
In complete silence
The waves keep time
And between the strikes
You hear they call your name

And when the tide arises
The secret opens to me
Evil faces in the sea
They call my name

Observe the life beneath the sea
That no human had ever see
The most advanced species on earth
Keepers of the secrets of the Cosmos
Strange machines
Across the oceans
To control and prey the world of the apes

As I walk into the chamber
I understand what they've done
Through several screens
I see scenes of human history on loop
Inseminating our dreams
Guiding our steps
And in the center
A gravitating orb
They're inside
Watching me
Trapped by their own creation
Do I stop them
Or free them?

But i never had a choice
Cause my hand is moving by itself
Deactivating the cage of containment
I realize i saw this before
There were no dreams
Just memories
I tried to escape
To trick them
Because i
I am their slave
