GENITILE
New poem
I don't like change
I don't like getting off the bus
When I do a genuine smile
I look like I'm in pain
And now someone's trying
To hack my Argos account
Sometimes you can get tips
For how to do stuff
From the psychopaths you meet
I arrive drunk
With a blow-dry
I don't want anyone to map
My micro expressions
We need to find new ways
Of expressing ourselves
That cannot be decoded
Those two stupid little green lights
A man, as in a person
You put food down for five seconds
And a little animal scuttles out and eats it
A bishop, with fruits
It was ok, brutal lighting
And I had to wear big headphones
Is that what that is?
I never know what all those are
I don't like change
I don't like getting off the bus
When I do a genuine smile
I look like I'm in pain
And now someone's trying
To hack my Argos account
Sometimes you can get tips
For how to do stuff
From the psychopaths you meet
I arrive drunk
With a blow-dry
I don't want anyone to map
My micro expressions
We need to find new ways
Of expressing ourselves
That cannot be decoded
Those two stupid little green lights
A man, as in a person
You put food down for five seconds
And a little animal scuttles out and eats it
A bishop, with fruits
It was ok, brutal lighting
And I had to wear big headphones
Is that what that is?
I never know what all those are
