Exploration through Ages and Pages of Sages

A traveling troubadour
I feel like I'm searching for something I knew before
Poetry in motion, following a notion
Across yellow waters my boat is floatin'; coastin'
The river slithers like a snake
Like The Emperor, mountain peaks are Jade
A Light Dragon in the distance
Connects telepathic to offer assistance
She descends and I hitch a ride
From the golden water to the azure sky
Fly to a bamboo forest
Where stones are adorned with calligraphy - gorgeous
All around me an energy breathes
Whirlwinds lift up the fallen leaves
I make out a powerful figure in the wind
Venerable, pinnacle, mysterious as Yin
Yang-white beard, The Master speaks
His words resonate so deep
"I know what you are searching for and you do too
It's at the center of your being it's what makes you - you
It makes the sun shine and clouds rain
The life force that flows through eternity's veins
It's the way. Light and shadow as one
The past and the future, it's the one and the none
The Celestial Masters tapped into this chi
And with eyes that look beyond it is not hard to see

Come with me through the sands of time
Agape Adventures, hear God rhyme
"From the underground to the heavens above
The only religion that I know is Love"

I migrate continuously
Like an elephant, tryin' to cease the suffering
Under a sky painted purple
I walk through the jungle in circles
Full journals - Colorful loose leaves
This rainbow forest - it moves me
Lilies and lotuses, Night Jasmine
Opar Jewels and banyan branches
Souls float like balls of fire
Electric illuminates coats of tigers
A sage sits in the shade, his
Three eyes see what 'arcane' is
Snail-coiled bun and a violet aura
"Come and take my hand, weary explorer"
I reach to the Vitarka Mudra
And tap into the visions of Buddha
"Super universal harmonic resonance
Transcendental interconnectedness
Stardust cycling like the seasons
And the souls' lessons are the reason, huh
More experience - more compassion and empathy
More life, more death - more equanimity
That's your mission, see - mindfulness and meditation
Will reveal the true nature of this game that you're playing
An infinity path, pure light and pure bliss
You can break from the pain if you just know this

Like a vagabond, yeah I travel on
Tryin' to find my way here in Babylon
Sandstorms rise, the sun beats down on me
A lion so high in the clouds speaks out

Eternal damnation - it never could never coexist
With unconditional love - they're literally opposites

Blind faith's a meaningless test - it's not really

If we all had the knowledge, we might all finally see
That it's not about faith, it's only about love
Stop the separation, it's only about love
The god you made man is an ineffable energy
That lives within us and the universe in synergy
It has no ego - It doesn't demand worship
Illicit fear of torture, reward crusading warships
Or those fortunate to be born into a world that has
The cultural historics of the one true lord out of thousands
Ditch the book - it's outdated
But if you need the old words, here's a metaphor to take from it
If you stray from love; if you stray from The Way
Life will feel like Samsara / Hell for you every day
The soul needs it - and that's the message I spoke
