We Got Married Twice (Interlude)

We got married twice
We acually- the first time
We umm
Well I needed health insurance
I was, and I was getting nervous (laughs)
Yeah (laughs) so I-I
A-and, well he, he was conserned that I didn't have health insurnce too
The day we got married though
Umm he had, he had major
You know your dad had bad teeth, 'cause he grew up in England
So I had taken him, for, like, a double root canal with crown work
I mean, and your dad didn't numb up easily, so they had to give him like enough
Is this part of the marriage story?
This is part of the marriage story (Okay go on)
So anyways, then I brought him home
Because, I mean they had to tranquilizer him like an elephant, 'cause he just didn't numb up
Well then he ended up sleeping for awhile
And then he woke up and says "Oh my gosh, what time is it?"
And I s- told him the time and he said
"We need to go for a ride"
I said- "babe what are you talking about?"
He said "please I just need to go for a ride"
So I loaded your dad into the car
And he said "Let's go to the park"
And so we drove of to Griffith Park Observatory
Standing in front of the statue was my friend, Willy Lipsher
And an other friend of ours
And we got married litteraly on the spot, in front of the statue
While your dad was coming off of his dental
(Laughs) medication (Laughs)
Yeah, so, uhh
Bu- I didn't tell anybody, I mean, I, I hadn't told-
We didn't tell anybody
But I- you know I got health insurance
