Victory Bell

911 what's your emergency

About 20 years ago I left the house like every other day
Didn't know what to expect
But it changed my life in every way
It was just supposed to be a normal school day
As the cars crashed all we felt was a bang
The blood was rushing and the screams would have scared anyone away

Well the red flags up and the battles begun
It was a hell of a road but I had to get it done
I fought like hell to ring my Victory Bell
Yeah I fought like hell never give up now
Till I ring that Victory Bell

Well the Parents were called they came rushing in
Doctors tried to keep me alive for them
Fear flowed through the family gathered around
It's going to be a long one we're sorry Mr. Brown

Cuz the red flags up and the battle begun
It was a hell of a road but I had to get it done
I fought like hell to ring my Victory Bell
Yeah I fought like hell never give up now
Till I ring that Victory Bell

911 what's your emergency

Looking back now with kids of my own
I'm looking at the sky and pray to God I ain't gone
Good and bad memories have come and passed
But the scars on my face remind me of the day

When the red flag was up and the battle begun
It was a hell of a road but I had to get it done
I fought like hell to ring my Victory Bell
Yeah fought like hell never give up now
Till I ring that Victory Bell
Cuz the red flags up and the battles begun
It was a hell of a road but I had to get it done
I fought like hell to ring my Victory Bell
Yeah I fought like hell never give up now
Until I rang that Victory Bell

I'm still here
There was definitely a purpose for me
Rang that Victory Bell
I wasn't going out that day
Rang that Victory Bell
Thank you God
