Knick Knack
Can I tell you the joke about a frog?
I promise baby it won't take long
Sometimes I'll laugh, but don't be mad
About this amphibious loan
for a lily pad
His name was Kermit, Ms. Whack said what
But he wasn't the famous one
His dad was Jagger, first name Mick
He met a frog and love was quick
Now you see the teller needed more
So the frog searched for his collateral
His pockets small but ambitions big
He pulled out a tiny shiny pink elephant
Hmm I see, I'm not quite sure
Ms Whack took it through the door
Her manager looked stern but fair
Patty, let me see what you've got there
He flipped the elephant around
He turned it up and turned it down
He's Mick Jagger's son! Patty said proud
What is this thing, he wondered aloud
His stern face faded and he belted out
This is a knick knack Patty Whack
Give this frog a loan! His dad's a Rolling Stone
I promise baby it won't take long
Sometimes I'll laugh, but don't be mad
About this amphibious loan
for a lily pad
His name was Kermit, Ms. Whack said what
But he wasn't the famous one
His dad was Jagger, first name Mick
He met a frog and love was quick
Now you see the teller needed more
So the frog searched for his collateral

Hmm I see, I'm not quite sure
