Life Update
Hey Rodney this is grandma
Just calling to say hi I aint heard from you in a while
Give me a call back
I love you
Just moved back in with my mom front living in Virginia
Was down there wilding fucking girls that I would meet on Tinder
Making 12 dollars an hour I was in Target stealing
Was broke as fuck Quese had to Cash App me to get some dinner
(yeah uh) But I thought I'd take a chance
Moved away from my fam its part of being a man
Thought I was gone advance But shit ain't go as I planned
I left with 40 bands but lost it all in a scam damn
But looking back nah I wouldn't change shit
All the lessons that I learned from all that life that I had lived
All that time I thought I waisted it was time well spent
Because I did a lot of things that I wont ever do again aye, yeah huh
Now I'm all in with this music its what I need to be pursuing only thing I'm good doing
And Plus its therapeutic write verses when I lose it only thing that keep me going every time I'm going through it aye
But they don't take me serious until they hear I'm nice,
They joke and say I'm white because I don't fit the stereotype
And I don't spit no gangster shit I'm talking about my life
I got my head on right and people say my future bright
Yeah now that my update
Been grinding for a little minute trying to make something shake
That's why I wake up early and I stay up late
Cant take no breaks cant let my talent go to waste
Just calling to say hi I aint heard from you in a while
Give me a call back
