Down by the Bay - worst version ever

Down by the bay where the watermelons grow
Back to my home I dare not go

For If I do my mother will say
Did you ever see a cat
No wait I mean a cow
Down by the bay

No no you just need to pick one thing
One animal
Oh yeah sorry I kind of froze up there
Its ok here I'll give it a try

Down by the bay where the watermelons grow
Back to my home I dare not go

For If I do my Mother will say
Did you ever see a frog
Doing the kinds of things that frogs like to do
Down by the bay

Um I think it's supposed to rhyme and also be funny
And the animals should do one specific activity
That also happens to rhyme with that animal

Right ok yeah that didn't sound the best
Ok here I'll give it a try

Down by the bay where the watermelons grow
Back to my home I dare not go
For If I do my Mother will say
Did you ever see a fish
Fish
Down by the bay

Wait you mean like a fish that goes out and goes fishing
With a fishing rod on a dock or a boat
Yeah that was the idea

Well technically I guess fish rhymes with fish
And it's also kind of silly which is good
But I think it would be even better
If it wasn't the same word that you used twice
Here I'll give it a try

Down by the bay where the watermelons grow
Back to my home I dare not go
For If I do my Mother will say

Did you ever see a pug drinking from a mug
Down by the bay

You did it
We did it
A pug drinking from a mug, classic
And its funny

I know can you imagine like this little dog
Just Walking around having this mug and saying like
Hey Did you see that sports game the other night
You know what else I to drink from mugs
What's that
Hot chocolate
Yeah with marshmallows
Yes

Sometimes I just ask for hot chocolate and marshmallows
And then I only eat the marshmallows
Yeah
Hey wait why not just ask for marshmallows
Because I want melty choclatey marshmallows

Hey I wish there was an animal that rhymed with marshmallows
There is what about cat no wait cow
Oh no. Not this again

Down by the bay
