Undiluted Waters

Loud noises outside my bedroom window
Vibrant hues light the sky
A foreshadowing of pain
The world starts again tonight

The celebration of the new dawn
A reincarnation of days gone by
A repetition of old lies
A resolution tries to change the course
The course of the old times

Life does not change in one night
The two sides of my brain have a fist fight
Archimedes spills my thoughts on to paper
An aim for the next twelve months
I've got a hunch that it'll be deja vu in a year's time
Sort of fine, once again

"What's your resolution?"
My undiluted waters seep through my open skin
Confession of dreams for the same dawn
Archimedes dived into my ocean of toxicity
And forced wonders of the dawn out

New beginnings terrify me
Repetition terrifies me on a higher level
