Who Are You

Now me I've always known it from the start
Felt alone, my only home was in my art
If you don't have a clue, the world gone tell you who you are
But not me, I've always known it from the start
How could I not
I rage and jot these poems from the heart
Tryin' to send the world a message, even if it's just a spark
Cause I don't hate 'em man I just know who we are
We scarred, we scared and hurt people when we lost

And when you're there, the only comforts in the stars
So of-course you look afar, imagine wealth and foreign cars
Dialogue with bad-bitches to fly in when you get hard
While your job, just a 9-5 that's keeping your life barred
Might as well be in the yard, or flip a pack to pay the cost
Of the bills that keep on stackin' up, them problems gettin' large
Lost your broad last month because you kept on backin' up
Too afraid of what would happen, if your hearts had actually touched
Damn, as if it wasn't bad enough
How much longer will you sit in hell until you've had enough
What's a life that doesn't change, synonymous with death
I found comfort in the pain when it was all that I had left
But no stress, I take it and inject it in my breath
Only thing worse then death is a coffin filled with regret
So try before you die, or always wonder what if
I thank the lord for this wonderful gift
Blessed

Now me I've always known it from the start
Felt alone, my only home was in my art
If you don't have a clue, the world gone tell you who you are
But not me, I've always known it from the start
How could I not
I rage and jot these poems from the heart
Tryin' to send the world a message, even if it's just a spark
Cause I don't hate 'em man I just know who we are
We scarred, we scared and hurt people when we lost
Who are you
Who are you
Who are you
Who are you
Who are you
Who are you
Who are you
Who are you
