I can tell I've grown with all the ways that I've changed

Unhealthy mental health and my emotions were masked
I was crying out for help, but nobody asked
A therapist inside my notebook, so I put it in raps

If fifteen-year-old me could see how it looks at thirty
I probably wouldn't be so worried

Somehow everything and nothing has changed
