In the crisp fall air, we all gather 'round
At the local county fair, where joy is found
Pumpkins and hayrides, laughter fills the air
Beneath the painted leaves, memories we share

Handheld food and treats with sauces sweet
Live band playing country tunes to tapping feet
Hit the midway, win your gal a small stuffed prize
It didn't look that hard, just need a few more tries

Fall fair bustle fills the air
Rides and food trucks everywhere
It's the time of year to enjoy

It's time to judge all the pastry baking
The pies and muffins are a sight to see
But if his wife wins blue ribbon yet again

The Fall fair, with it's excitement in the air
