Rabbit's got tha Gun

I was huntin' for some rabbit
On a summer afternoon
When I saw this bunny cryin'
I knew just what I should do
Poor lady said she needed a dollar, maybe two
Her child at home was all alone, he has no milk or food

So I reached into my pocket
To help the lady out
I looked away and when I looked back
She had a pistol to my scalp
She said, give me all your money and I want your telephone
And if you break bad I promise
I'll put three into your dome

Well now, now, now, I pulled out all I had
And laid it on the ground
I tried to jump but she shot two times
And sat me right back down
I said, baby, why'd you shoot me? I was only gonna run...
She said, huntin' ain't much fun, big boy,
When the rabbit's got the gun
