Bin Day
Lying in bed, Sunday night
Telly's blasting, everything's alright
But suddenly I get this rather odd feeling
Don't know why but it is quite reeling
Decide to get up make me some tea
Check the back and then I see
That's when I realize and I haste outside
Tomorrows the day our bins take a ride
Because it's bin day
And I gotta take 'em down
Because it's bin day
Too late to make a sound
Because it's bin day
Is it the green or yellow one?
Because it's bin day
This is zero fun
Head round the back, push 'em away
Stupid old chores, why do they stay?
Shouldn't be a problem if I had remembered
But MAFS was on, I was dismembered
Put on my coat and open the door
I'd rather drop dead on the floor
Now to trek through the cold at night
It's too quiet, nothings alright
Kick 'em back, push 'em down
Through the driveway, head southbound
Finally get to the corner
One bin down, somehow boreder
Get back up, grab the next
Rise and fall like a circumflex
Second bins down, no more frown
Time to head back up
Because it's bin day
And I gotta take 'em down
Because it's bin day
Too late to make a sound
Because it's bin day
Is it the green or yellow one?
Because it's bin day
This is zero fun
Now why did that bush move over there?
Should be alright, no need to care
It's honestly scary at this time of night
To be scared by my absent minded fright
It's probably just that stinky old cat
That's owned by that little 6 year old brat
But what if it's a ghost, specter or spook?
Oh god that stench, I'm gonna puke
Because it's bin day
Gotta take 'em down
Because it's bin day
Too late to make a sound
Because it's bin day
Is it the green or yellow one?
Because it's bin day
This is zero fun
Because it's bin day
Gotta take 'em down
Because it's bin day
Too late to make a sound
Because it's bin day
Is it the green or yellow one?
Because it's bin day
My god I'm finally done
Telly's blasting, everything's alright
But suddenly I get this rather odd feeling
