Blossom in Eternity

When winter's grip begins to fade
And frost surrenders to the blade
The sun, once shy, now warmly glows
Beneath it, earth and life repose

The brittle breath of winter's chill
Retreats before the morning's thrill
As snowdrops bow their heads in prayer
To greet the buds that scent the air

From every bough, the green unfurls
And streams, once locked, resume their swirls
The barren fields now find their grace
In every nook, life shows its face

The crocus wakes from slumber deep
To pierce the soil where shadows sleep
While daffodils in golden line
Stand tall, a herald of the sign

For here's the promise spring has made
That life, once lost, shall be repaid
The fields will dance, the woods will sing
And winter's reign shall break for spring

So let us leave the frost behind
And in the sun, our solace find
For every flower, every tree
Reminds us of what's meant to be

With every bloom, we too shall rise
And shed the cloak of winter's lies
Embracing green, our hearts set free
To blossom in eternity
