Living in the dark, trynna brighten up my life
But if light's all I'm here for, then I would rather die

I only trust me, no one else to choose from
Don't wanna fall cause I'm prone to bruisin
Their minds are lucid, I'm lost in music
They're lost in school with, those other students
I don't trust nobody, cause they never stay
Trynna find a purpose, they're getting better grades
Attatchments are damage, and damage is pain
And if pain goes away does the happiness stay?
It feels like you're torn from the inside out
It feels like you're born with your insides out
It feels like a storm but the seas in drought
You feel you must scream but you have no mouth
So you don't let em know how you feel
Cover the wounds, like they're not even real
Keep in your issues, suppress them instead
Bury your issues and think like they're dead
