lavalamp
I was waiting for December
To come and save the past
Coke bottle smiling polar bear
While I'm melting their ice caps
What is all this fluid
This liquid we're devised
The shaking of a lavalamp
The breaking up, the rise
Why is it so hard to find
Find anything inside?
Well I found nothing
I was waiting for the mention
That would come and save the day
But my new kind's up in the air
And we're wanting our pay
So I tried and tried for Heather
A change to break my spine
A climb up to the ceiling
Please take up all of my time
Why is it so hard to find
Find anything inside?
Well I found nothing
Still can't find anything
At all
But still
I try
I played around with pieces
Of all these shattered scenes
If I could touch the things that I was not able to see
Well, maybe there's a pattern
A commonality
Of all these planes, well I don't know
Where I would rather be
Why is it so hard to find
Find anything inside?
Well I got lucky
And so
I'm here
To come and save the past
Coke bottle smiling polar bear
While I'm melting their ice caps
What is all this fluid
This liquid we're devised
The shaking of a lavalamp
The breaking up, the rise
Why is it so hard to find
Find anything inside?
Well I found nothing
I was waiting for the mention
That would come and save the day
But my new kind's up in the air
And we're wanting our pay
So I tried and tried for Heather
A change to break my spine
A climb up to the ceiling
Please take up all of my time
Why is it so hard to find
Find anything inside?
Well I found nothing
Still can't find anything
At all
But still
I try
I played around with pieces
Of all these shattered scenes
If I could touch the things that I was not able to see
Well, maybe there's a pattern
A commonality
Of all these planes, well I don't know
Where I would rather be
Why is it so hard to find
Find anything inside?
Well I got lucky
And so
I'm here
