Rose of the Winds

A cold wind blows outside my door
And the rain begins to loudly pour
As the night draws very near
It's crystal clear
What my heart holds so dear
A tiny golden compass rose
On my desk her round form softly glows
In the palm of my hand
She takes me to a land
With pearl-white sand
Rose of the winds show me the north
Your golden arrow guides me forth
Where troubles melt under the sunshine rays
In the heart of emerald bays
Rose of the winds show me the north
And help me navigate this earth
Where starlight shines onto the indigo seas
Fears fade leaving you inner ease
A tiny golden compass rose
On my desk her round form softly glows In the palm of my hand
She takes me to a land
With pearl-white sand
Rose of the winds show me the north
Your golden arrow guides me forth
Where ocean waters fill the grand azure caves
Then turn to make coastal waves
Rose of the winds show me the north
And help me navigate this earth
Where cupid's arrow spreads a romance flare
In the warm sun-kissed summer air
Rose of the winds show me the north
Your golden arrow guides me forth
Where troubles melt under the sunshine rays
In the heart of emerald bays
Rose of the winds show me the north
And help me navigate this earth
Where starlight shines onto the indigo seas
Fears fade leaving you inner ease
A tiny golden compass rose on my desk
