Midnight in the Garden

I came from the earth
Bubbled up til I was full view
Big grown boy just growing tooth
Thought I had a lesson
Thought I had something to say
And she came from the earth too
But more absolute
A graceful re-wilding of the dirt and root
She put the sun in sky
Every time she sang
Which was always in the morning

It started slow
Just rolling like a boat being towed

Astral in her body yea made me wanna high climb

Had to give her something to make her well to do with
I went to that golden fruit and I plucked it's wings
