We often feel trapped inside boxes that don't exist
Convinced we must act certain ways to live
The pressures of external entities
Make us forget just who we're meant to be
The mind inside of mine is far from bliss
The journey I portray in this project
Projects past and present pressures
Used to tether weathered souls
Paper pushed past 7 folds is how I'm feeling
I learnt to listen not to lectures but to feelings
Tried to hide my weaknesses but
Realised the picture sounds cloudy without em

That amidst the negativity lies hope
Something subtle was sighing beside me saying Joe

Inspiration lies inside the struggle
And the words are what project
But why not focus on the answers instead?
So steadily I sat down and sculpted something
Sent from this sensitive sound
Yellow speak to them now
And in this light came Solaris
Which means of the sun
Taken negatively by some read backwards sir a los
But this sign reflects two sides to this river
We see surely that one side decides our sight so we fight
But in the middle is where we must lie
See a sentence said similarly
Can sound suspicious when intentions wrong
So ensure you act not on the words
But your feelings for this song
