I thought just this once I wouldn't need to tell you what's wrong and we could sleep the whole night through but thats when you looked me in the eyes and whispered "Can I touch you". Looking at my hands so delicately did you think I was feeling better because my clothes were tighter and my sleeves cover my hands? Every time that you fall it gets a little harder to get back up flipping through the record bins it's all a little bit obscure and I'm just looking for something a little more familiar. I thought you left these feelings behind the doctors said there was nothing left to lose and as the curtains rattled in the background all I wanted for you to know is that you're beautiful.
