The Party
Ah once I woke up in a misty room
Worn out pillows, a broken broom
And I wonder where it was and what should should I do there
Dead sure I've never been there before
So I stood up stepped up to the stairs
Crazy people running anywhere
Well I disliked their smell didn't like their tatoos
They had no faces they had no shoes
I searched my pocket, no ticket nor bill
And I got nervous if I ever will
Find out where I am and what I should do
If this is a game please tell me the rules
No one ever asked me if I'm ready if I'm willing to come
No one ever asked me if I'm ready if I'm willing to come
Another room, king size bed
Chains on my leg, new TV set
A bunch of old friends jumped in and they talked
About people and places I couldn't recall
A little little boy I walked upstairs
A little little girl with yellow hair
A little little while we walked side by side
And then she vanished into the night
I saw the lights of a falling plane
Then it went dark and I searched in vain
If there's an exit an hole some way to get out of here
If this is a party, please don't give me no beer, no no no
No one ever asked me if I'm ready if I'm willing to come
No one ever asked me if I'm ready if I'm willing to come, yeah
Yeah yeah yeah
No one ever asked me if I'm ready if I'm willing to come
Again I woke up, a sunny room
It's all so clean, a brand new broom
But still I wondered where it was and what should I do there
Dead sure I've never been here before
Again I stood up, did I loose my religion?
All shoes and faces they came out of the kitchen
And I said to myself, grim to the bone
If this is a kingdom I would claim for the throne, yeah yeah yeah
I broke the door,I crashed out the windows
Out with the broom, out with the pillows
Stop talking bullshit, all you fools
This is my game, I gonna tell you the rules, yeah
No one ever asked me if I'm ready if I'm willing to come, yeah
Yeah yeah yeah
No one ever asked me if I'm ready if I'm willing to come, yeah yeah
Yeah yeah yeah
No one ever asked me if I'm ready if I'm willing to come
No one ever asked me if I'm ready if I'm willing to come
