Rescue Radio

In this lifeless subterrain
It's hard to keep your spirits off the ropes.
Days fade in and out
Like endless static on my rescue radio.

And when I dream electric dreams,
I dream that you still think of me,
My sympathetic circuits spark.

What is life;
What is life without Love?

Search my fading memory
For holograms of life before the crash.
Visions of some distant shore
Where you and I still hold robotic hands

The canopy of stars, once ours,
Has cut me off like metal bars.
A cage that keeps our Love apart.

What is life;
What is life without Love?

What is life;
What is life without Love?

"...When we found him he was stuck like this,
Pouring over some old photograph for years.
Rusted out.
Poor little soul..."
