Am I Wasting My Time

I can say I don't like changes
Though I'd like to go beyond
'Cause I know it's just me getting scared
when new things come.
And I see myself wandering
While my friends chase their dreams
I'm sure there are some things that can slow them down
But they finally get on with it.

Am I wasting my time, am I wasting it?
Always using excuses not to run the risk
Am I wasting the chance that life brings to me?
If I don't take it the moment will pass.

I'm amazed by those who admire themselves,
Even when they're not all that
I would like to have that spirit
that brakes the walls you always find.
They don't care about what people say
And they do whatever they want
I envy them for their confidence
And for being strong enough

For not wasting their time, for not wasting it
For not using excuses and running risks
Cause I'm wasting the chance that life brings to me
If I don't take it the moment will pass.
