Before we get started on Step 1
It's important that you understand the great power of words
This is specially true for words written on paper
If you would take a piece of paper and write a letter to your mother
You would get a totally different result with the words
I love you than with the words I hate you
Even reading those different examples
Probably gave you a different emotional reaction
Yet the message is done with the same ink and on the same paper
Just one word makes all the difference
This is the power of words

Words on paper are a physical manifestation of thoughts
In other words you have a thought in your head
And is translating it into something you
can hold rather than something intangible
Speaking your truth be a word is extremely important and powerful
The words translated into something physical give them special power
All of us had verbal argument at one time or another
During our arguments words are often spoken without oath
Although this can be hurtful,
it's nothing like the hurt of a poison pin letters
Which require more effort and can be
viewed again and again by the recipient
Mourning again each time
Anybody who has receive the Dear John letter can relate to this
The Power of the written word is massive
Fortunately this power works both ways
It can be used for something positive
