Nursery Desert

Walking under the sun
I'm walking on to find a way
Exploring the heavens
Exploring today
While the child is dying nights behind me
The oasis ahead

I saw it from my first day on my trip to be
Saw it to cure myself from the hippie
The child is dying worlds and words behind
Behind thirst is crawling through the deserted nursery

Man on moon reminds to stay
But the glowing sun provides my way
Oasis could be near today

Fighting and crawling
Right ahead from unaffected dawning
Behind me I've been riding the dog
Riding the dark
Now the night makes me bark

What's that thing you kill me for?
What's that thing that keeps your will alive?
Leave me in the sand on hand
Till you return
To deserted nursery

Man on moon keeps tearing away
Glowing sun detracting your water
Water you long for in a way
That makes me fade

Go!

Won't find — no manhood!
Deep within the water!
Can you see your inner child on glassy fields?!
Waterfalls?!
Water falls!
Right through
Burning eyes!
Turn now and go back
We're not dead yet
Or go on to
Find!
Fate!
Fade!
