The Meaning

Though the meaning is not clear
There's a reason why we're here
Though we don't always understand
Well that's all part of the plan
To discover who we are
Each of us has a unique part
Not knowing exactly where we start
Or exactly where we'll go
Tell me which way I should go
Wonder where it is I'll go

One day you may catch the eye
Of a stranger passing by
And your worlds they will collide
Who knows where you will arrive
Further down the path of time
You never know what you might find
And though the road it twists and turns
There's so much for you to learn
Tell me what am I to learn?
Tell me lord when will I learn?
There's always a lesson to be learned
I wonder if we'll ever learn?

Coz every body's on the run
In fear of the things that have yet to come
But maybe we've only just begun
And the light will shine on everyone

God has left us on the ground for us to see what can be found
No matter which path we may choose
There is nothing we can lose
Because what you choose to believe
Is just the perception of what you perceive
Just look at all we have achieved
Who ever thought we'd come this far?
Never dreamt we'd come this far
How did we ever drift so far?
There's no distance that's too far
Were so close but yet so far
