You Can't Have My Love

I land in the club, late at night
Surrounded by ladies, left to right
But only one had caught my eye
She looked right at me, when I arrived.

I move across the room and I kiss her cheek
I can tell right away she's a bit of a freak
This might be easier and then I thought
I'll invite her upstairs to my electropod

But "No" she cried, Just when I thought this would be easy
"I'm not that cracked", She said as she walked away
I've been mislead, I never thought this would be hard
And then she said, something that maybe broke my heart:

What is happening? Have I lost my way?
What went wrong? What did I say?
She had me fooled and she knows the will
Is she for real? No one can tell.

I go into a bar and I buy her a drink
Things going well or so I think
Until I see her dancing with another man
They're getting so close and holding hands

I reclined, I though she said she wasn't easy
That's a what? Her dance is getting awful sleezy
I walked away, I'll try another girl who's there
But they won't say the same thing that first girl said:
