Trouble (in Your Eyes)

Boy, did we have a time with this one. This tune came to be when I returned home from the tour with Chris. One of those outta nowhere songs. I knew it was a song for Bruce to play on. Could near him -just couldn't get him to Germany. Thank you, Bruce. Thank you, Gunter, Beo and Hans-Jorg. Some songs just gotta happen.

Slowly, don't say a word, don't believe your eyes don't move, don't disappear, it's dangerous outside why you, why now, why do I ask while I'm falling my heart weeps when it comes alive.

Slowly, between the blades, you come into my life finding all the ways you could get inside why you, why yours, why do I ask while I'm falling & my heart weeps when it comes alive...

I should leave here, I should go now
I do not know how to put this fire on ice
& I could skate on all the trouble in your eyes...

Why is the sky blue, does it know pain
Why do we want to come in from the rain?
Why this, why now, why do I ask while I'm falling
& my heart weeps when it comes alive

I should leave here, I should go now
I do not know how to put this fire on ice
& I could skate on all the trouble in your eyes...
