Bring Him Home (Live)

So I grew up listening to cast albums, cause, you know, we didnt have the broken air performing arts center, and we didn't always go to the shows.
So, I relied on those tapes.
And for you younger people, those are little square things that we put in a machine and pressed play.
And I heard this album Les Mis and I just died.
And I listened and I thought, "What's your favorite song, Kristin? What is the song that you relate to?"
And its the male lead song.
Which is why I'm in therapy.
But that's for a whole 'nother show.
God on high
Hear my prayer.
In my need, You have always been there.
He is young.
He's afraid.
Let him rest,
Heaven Blessed.
Bring him home.
Bring him home.
Bring him home.
He's like the son I might've known
if God had granted me a son.
The summers die one by one.
How soon they fly, on and on.
And I am old, and will be gone.
Bring him peace.
Bring him joy.
He is young.
He is only a boy.
You can take.
You can give.
Let him be.
Let him live.
If I die, let me die.
Let him live.
Bring him home.
Bring him home.
Bring him home.
