Faith On Snowy Days
As the snow falls gently from the clouds
I wonder when the pieces will all fall into place
Or if its just by God's grace, that I don't know
See everything covered white
I wonder why some things are just so hard to find
Or if I just need to try one more time, to break the snow
The peace of knowing that it's in your hands
It passes all that I could understand
Gonna remember that I'm blessed
And take joy in all that's simple
'Cause with faith on snowy days, I can rest
Knowing God knows what's best
As the sun comes out amongst the snow
I wonder why the things in life must come and go
But there's always so much more on the other side
That we don't even know
Its the peace of knowing that it's in your hands
It passes all that I could understand
Gonna remember that I'm blessed
And take joy in all that's simple
'Cause with faith on snowy days, I can rest
Knowing God knows what's best
All these questions keep us alive
Will keep us guessing about this life
Do we really have to know?
Is it ours to figure out?
Can we just embrace the snow, and stop measuring the clouds?
Its the peace of knowing that it's in your hands
It passes all that I could understand
Gonna remember that I'm blessed
And take joy in all that's simple
'Cause with faith on snowy days, I can rest
Knowing God knows what's best
God knows what's best
We don't really have to know
Cause God's got it figured out
So let's just embrace the snow
And stop measuring the clouds
I wonder when the pieces will all fall into place
Or if its just by God's grace, that I don't know
See everything covered white
I wonder why some things are just so hard to find
Or if I just need to try one more time, to break the snow
The peace of knowing that it's in your hands
It passes all that I could understand
Gonna remember that I'm blessed
And take joy in all that's simple
'Cause with faith on snowy days, I can rest
Knowing God knows what's best
As the sun comes out amongst the snow
I wonder why the things in life must come and go
But there's always so much more on the other side
That we don't even know
Its the peace of knowing that it's in your hands
It passes all that I could understand
Gonna remember that I'm blessed
And take joy in all that's simple
'Cause with faith on snowy days, I can rest
Knowing God knows what's best
All these questions keep us alive
Will keep us guessing about this life

Its the peace of knowing that it's in your hands

Gonna remember that I'm blessed
And take joy in all that's simple
'Cause with faith on snowy days, I can rest
Knowing God knows what's best
God knows what's best
We don't really have to know
Cause God's got it figured out
So let's just embrace the snow
And stop measuring the clouds
