The pressure grew the most in you, but you told yourself you would be careful.
We ran around, in rags for clothes, pulling the legs off of dragonflies.
You kissed my hands and poisoned my heart, and left great huge scars where you could.
I asked around the towns and schools, but no-one had seen you in years.
