Slime

Depressed and stressed complex
With the most problems
And I won't solve them
Instead I let them grow, blossom
Got a whole garden
And they're all rotten
Like me

I feel them all staring
Glaring
Wary of me
So I tear out my hair
'Til my scalp starts to bleed
Scared and it's apparent to see
That I'd do anything just to make them believe

Slime

In the back of your throat
When you gag and you choke
It's because I'm the

Slime

And the black in your lungs
When the cat got your tongue
It's because we're all

Slime

All the filth in your head
Words you shouldn't have said
It's because you're just

Slime

Tossing my integrity out the door
Honesty is left ignored
Pondered hard and pawned it off so I'd belong to something more

I'm so alone in my mind
Bend my spine back 'til my figure aligns
Hide my tail, tucked between hinds
Of this stray dog that forgot to bark like

Guide me to the end of the line
To stand beside, wide-eyed, with the rest of the blind
Pride died and the shame just reminds
To give in and commit suicide tonight

I feel them all staring
Glaring
Wary of me
So I tear out my hair
'Til my scalp starts to bleed
Scared and it's apparent to see
That I'd do anything just to make them believe

Even fake and deceive

I'd rip a limb for the purpose of fitting in
And force a grin, hold it with some pins, cheek-to-chin
Sick of resistance
Unzipping my skin
Stripped off because it's what makes me different
My life's not mine and my name isn't either
My identity and my mind are the people's
Defined like sheep that need to comply to their equals
So I might lie at times cause I'm dying to please you
