Struck By Lightning Now

my clothes don't fit my back is bent i bit down on an olive pit
i was found in tartarus's basement
with a halo drooping over my red eyes
i was smuggled out on ice given a brand new life and
now i dream between the two dimensions in which i lie
yeah, sometimes i have this aura
of a jackal stamping through sonoma
with the sprinkled dust opens the kimono
of the sheet white girl against the soft warm billowing midnite july
yeah i miss the days of staying home i'm struck by lightening now
thoughts pierce my like arrows
words just break my mouth i break my own heart in two

i bit down on an olive pit, and swallowed it.
