I spent my junior year at UCLA abroad, uhm, living in Bologna, Italy
And it was an incredible year but also a very
Uhm, emotional and isolating year
And it was going through those difficult things for the first time
Uhm, that actually solidified my relationship to music as a songwriter
So, it was amid discovering Joni Mitchell
And discovering my own voice as a songwriter
