The Master Ov Time, Pt.1: Escape

In the cave of neverending sorrow
Where the prophet has led me
It is here I will learn about tomorrow
And receive my destiny

I saw a man staring through the darkness
He wore a hood covering his face
In his hand was the legendary parchment
My only hope to leave this place
My only escape

Dawn was rapidly approaching
And I haven't slept in weeks
In the chill my fatigue was most encroaching
I couldn't help but to fall asleep

And as I dream my thoughts go wandering
Back to the time when I was free
And as I dream a voice calls out to me
I hear it say

Destroy my creations
Make them pay and burn them alive
There is nothing more left in this endless world
So it is up to you to bring its demise
Employ invocation
Of the darkest spirits you can find
They will follow your leadership from now on
You are a god the master of time

I awoke to creatures all around me
And the helped me to my feet
They ran off at the hooded man approaching
Then he stopped and began to speak

He said my boy I know why you have come here
These are hard times we live in
Take this scroll it will help you in your journey
Annihilate this world of sin

And as I read my path comes clear to me
It was foreshadowed in my dream
And as I read a voice calls out to me
I hear it say

"And with all our might
We step into the light of the day
At the gods' command
We devour all in our way"
