Is taken from um, a book of poetry by Jim Morrison
In which he says "Marital life is like a journey by car
And the passengers ride, and ride and change terribly
As they ride on in their wreaking of seats and things begin to smell
And the only changes possible in this modern life is to change from one car to another"

But I took it another way
I applied my own experience to it which
Which was basically that uh, for four years I did nothing but ride in other people's cars
And never had any choice about where I was going

To, to know like just a little thing like ah-la, ah-la, la, la-la-la
For me it's simple that the youth, the wannas
The wannas that's come out of one, or through one somehow
And that there are people who, who enjoy to have it come through them too
And that it spreads like uhm
Like planting rice, painting grains, you know

Plant one grain and the next thing you know, there's ten thousand
That's uhm, that makes me feel functional
That makes me feel like um, like I have a function, you know
