It was one of the last songs we recorded
Tonight Is a song that I wrote that almost didn't make the album
Almost didn't even get played to the band
And then I woke up in the morning
I wrote the lyrics
I was, I was inspired and I was in a good mood
And I was happy and I felt hopeful and positive
It's just a great melody to me, it's a -
It's a a bit more heartbeat so when the studio recorded the vocal
Showed it to Brandon
And we- like, he was like, "We gotta do this right now"
So he put us back into the studio and we just, just knocked it out
I believe its, its the strongest song on-, on the new album
