Belle's Adventure

Hi everyone (hi), I'm potsie
I'm going to tell you the story of my grand adventure
How many of the exciting things that happened to me
Can you act out?
Do as many as you can, it will be fun
Here goes

I read my book as I walked through the town
And I read and I read, could not put a book down
Ran back to my house but my papa was not home
He'd be riding Phillipe, now Phillipe was home alone

Now everyone, pretend you're riding Phillipe
"Philippe, take me to papa"

We rode and we rode and we rode through the wood
We rode just as fast as Phillipe and I could
We heard the wolves howl, the hoot of an owl
The snap of the twigs under foot

We had to jump jump jump jump jump
To knot it every bump bump bump
So we jumped and we lept
Though we both were upset
Papa needs us right now
So we just rode on some help

Ah a castle, look!
Papa's hat was outside
Pick up papa's hat
He was there but so cold
Held his hand and I cried
Can you cry for papa?

The Beast was a beast
He was 10 feet tall at least
I just froze at the sight, freeze!
I must free papa Tonight
SHe let papa go when I said I would stay
But he yelled at me I knew I must run away
Run to Philippe!
SHe scaried me so
"Phillipe we must go!"
I jumped on Phillipe and then oh!
Here we go!

I told him "go, go, go, go, go"
Please gallop fast as wind can blow
Over logs, over bogs, over crickets and frogs
On run faster today, angry wolfs are in our way (wolves)

They howled and growled
Till the Beast did appear
And he fought with the wolves till they ran off in fear
I cared for his wounds
Wrap up his arm!
We became real friends that day
And he gave me a gift
That took my breath away

Ah! A mirror that showed all the world that's outside
Look in the mirror!
When I looked I saw my papa almost died
My papa needs me
I must go, don't you see
Phillipe, he said yes
Now we're free

And I said "go, go, go, go, go"
My papa needs me, gallop, go!
Over logs, over hogs, over crickets and frogs
On run faster today

And he galloped and galloped and galloped so fast
You can see the leaves fly as we both ran past
Over twigs, over paces, over pickets and streams
My Phillipe dear Phillipe
Seemed to know how much it means

It was papa right there in the woods
He was looking for me!
I brought him home

When papa talked of the beast he had seen
They all though he gone mad
And the town became mean
Gaston ran the town
Said "help papa put away"
Then they looked in the mirror
Show them the mirror
And saw the beast that day

Gaston waved his torch
And said "come run with me"
"We must kill the beast at the castle he'll be"
We had to ride back before they attack
Back to Phillipe everyone!
They're coming!
The Beast has to known
Here we go!

We had to jump jump jump jump jump
To knot it every bump bump bump
So we jumped and we lept
Over bumps, things are cracked
We jumped so high that day

And we galloped and galloped and galloped so fast
You can see the leaves fly as we both ran past
Over twigs, over paces, over crossings and creeks
And it really did seem
We'd be riding hard for weeks
We made it!

The crowd was there
Just as loud as could be
And they beat on the door with this very big tree
The Beast looked so sad
Really must too sad to fight
Till he saw it was me
Wave to the Beast
And he roared to the night
"Philippe, they're hurting him!"

He fought with Gaston
And at last won the fight
But it seemed the Beast might just die on that night
He layed in my arms
Kneel down next to the Beast and hold him
He was closing his eyes
When I said "I love you"
Even I was surprised

And if as it by magic, why
SHe floated right up to the sky
And she whirled and she twirled and she whirled and she twirled
(And she whirled and she twirled and he whirled and she twirled)
And she whirled and she twirled and she whirled once more
And then with no sound
He came down to the ground
As a lady, no a queen
Hand in hand ever since
We found true love after all
Did you heart a petal fall?

That was wonderful!
