For the Child in Me

I've no memories of first touches of clarity
We came into the world with groans and vanity
Everything seemed so huge that time
Everything seemed so huge that time

Since everything's getting tighter and tighter
We experienced every movement as a success and honor

The red, mysterious inception fascinated us
We learned about inventions of the past

Our parents gave us the old, tired knowledge
Everything was fun
every word was fun
One minute silence for the old ones

Our memories don't give shelter anymore
Cover our consciousness no longer
We are surrounded by locks

More and more mystery and skepticism is in our view
The spirit needs calmness and peace.
My childhood was happy.
Best wishes for the child in me.
Good night for you.
