Beyond the Veil

I saw Him open blinded eyes,
Watched Him calm the stormy skies
And I saw Him feed the multitude that day ...
I heard Him still the enemy, speaking with authority
And I heard Him tell the lost He was the Way.
And though I saw Him raise the dead,
and feed us with the living bread,
I do not have the words to fully tell
The blessedness, the sanctity, the vision that was granted me
A revelation that could never fail,
When He let me see beyond the veil.

I saw Him raise the widow's son,
heal the sick when day was done
And I heard Him speak with wisdom from above
I saw Him walk upon the sea, cleanse the temple angrily
But even in His anger there was love.
Then I saw past His humanity, the fullness of His deity
I do not have the words to fully tell
