I think he's still alive, but i know he retired

I got to know Jane, and she got to know me
She licked my spoon and i stirred her tea
We were getting along, we Laughed a lot
She found me funny when i thought i was not

We were more like sister and brother
But i started to like just saying her name
It's so hard to stay friends with that girl called Jane
