Distributive Justice

Another carrot tied to a stick
Leftover crumbs appease convicts

It won't matter how much you cheat
We encourage the biggest thief
Public disgust lasting so brief
Turn around hide in disbelief

Lies tide the weak, blanket the street, while you're asleep
Turn a blind eye, more people die, but you're alive

You hide behind denied designs but they're just lies
Willed ignorance no longer is deliverance

Justice is free
Take back the means
Don't settle for a piece
Take the whole thing

Holes buried deep so that they can hide
Hidden with purpose from public eyes
Allow the deepest pockets to manipulate
A board of directors decides our fate

The cycle funnels to the top
Pushing your income to drop
Feeding on our own ensures
This system will never stop
