Something Bigger

There must be something bigger than all of this
There must be something bigger than all of this

There must be something bigger than all of this

Check it, I know there's something bigger than all of this
Exactly what it is, I don't know but that's why I live
To find out because I'm curious, what is my purpose?
We've all asked this, and I know coincidences don't exist
So I interprets these mysterious messages
Just like January Twenty Seventh is
My birthday and backwards in my social security digits twice
And when it's in my sight, it shines like my birth right
At that moment, I go with whatever's on my mind
I like to randomize because I find nature's chaotic by design
And I find, it leads me on the right path, the righteous path
Where there's no need to fear God's wrath
Because he's going back, but why call this deity 'he'
For ease, because this complex concept is a mystery
Listen, see, you can call it God or the Big Bang
But religion nor evolution could ever explain
The spark of life to first atom
With Adam and Eve, or some electron reaction
That's why I won't believe any of what they say
Why limit what I perceive out of my own blind faith
Rather I open my eyes and recognize realness
I realize my mind is in line with the universe, feel this

There
There must
Must
Must be
Something
Something bigger
Bigger than all of this

I was taught all women are to be respected
Taught it insults myself if I neglect it
All I ever wanted in life is fulfillment
However the cards wanted to deal it
I mean, we're all fools on the same ship
So we can't let Ahab go after Moby Dick
If you want to wait around to interpret
You're going to miss the obvious content
Power kills the one who seeks to hold it
Even though in their hands power is molded
You could never ever tame the ocean
The waves will beat you down with erosion
It always starts with good intentions
But the weight is too great, you can't prevent it
Society's unlike the ways of nature
Society needs to follow the ways of the Creator
Whether that's religious or scientific
The truth is: we just don't get it
And people don't want to face it
So we keep looking in all the wrong places
But I myself will show resistance
Because hope is eternally persistent
But hope needs momentum to make a difference
So it can gather force like the laws of quantum physics
So let's cooperate and combine energies so we can endlessly exist

There
There must
Must
Must be
Something
Something bigger
Bigger than all of this

God doesn't pick sides, only sides can pick God
But all conflict is lost without justified cause
Not justice like our laws designed a fatten the boss
More along the lines of who understands the cost
And is willing to avoid by all means
But I realize that God doesn't seem to intervene
It's more like we were given and no longer remember
Just like our dreams, we need to wake up if we ever
Want to come together and take back this rock
But people are so blind, caught up in thought
Never recognizing the omnipresence that exists
On a galactic scale we fail to resist
Material desires and temptations that abuse
The life of our planet, burning a short fuse
All to make our time of physical existence as pleasant as possible
But is there not healing beyond the hospital?
Spiritual means are neglected
As a soul, everyone is equal, yet the whole world seems infected
With thoughts and depictions of nonfiction
As if access to your soul is limited to commercial religion, and prayer
Have faith in this rhyme sayer
But I tell you now, only yourself can be a savior
Do yourself a favor, and at least admit

There
There must
Must
Must be
Something
Something bigger
Bigger than all of this

There's only so much that words can define
Communicating via vocal cords confines
Detailed descriptions still only describe
While limited expressions address one side
Through strategic placement of word arrangements
I attempt to inspire listener's imaginations
And provoke deductive reasoning that just may
Lead to deeper revelations and awake
The spirit inside from confused existence
Learn to sleep third eye wide open with consistence
And see beyond the dawn of the next day
There's knowledge beyond what mere words can say
That is of equal value to life itself
That is uncomparable to any amount of wealth
Desire this higher level of understanding
Or settle for life of unanswered demanding
Grasping at understanding, glimpsing the truth
Stifled with brain wracking deciphering of physical proof
I'm still in my youth, yet I'm a lot wiser than most kids
Cause I know: there must be something bigger than all of this

There must be something bigger than all of this
