I'm drunk in my mind but this ain't coming from no liquor
Intoxicating thoughts got me stuck in memories
Reminiscing on the pain from childhood catastrophes
I saw my best friend molest my best friend
Now the question, why is Lace stressing
I'm only eight giving grandma diabetes shots every single day
Grand pa needs my help I can't play today
I got to change these diapers, I got to give them they food
My child is gone so depression is my mood
I wish I had a dad to protect me from this rain
But farewell, I hear suicide calling my name
I took a blade, I put it deep in my chest
I felt a lot of pain but it didn't give me rest

I use to be ashamed of having these crooked teeth
I use to be ashamed of being skinny and poor
My mama said she love me but honestly I needed more
I hated seeing mirrors because of my forehead
Being insecure just kept my soul dead

I was homeless, sick

Accused of attempted murder made me lose a scholarship
