River God

I have been summoned
I'm the river god running
For the motherfuckin sea
Come catch me

Please, I have seen it all
From sunrise until after dark
When the tigers come out
It could be a flood or a drought

But I'm bout what this is: a river running
From mountains a fountain came forth from a spring
I trickle and bring the purest of things
The liquid of life come alive dancing free through the valley

And over the plains
Across hilltops and caves
Nothing stands in my way but
My own gravity I'm a wrecking ball swinging
With fluidity in the midst of monsoon I swell and break free

I'm a beast on the beach barreling toward the sea
My mouth opens wide and I spit out my teeth
I cannot be carved cause I do the carving
I have made it this far I will have unity

I will be with the sea it is my destiny
My father told me make the circle complete
I reached in my roots and I knew what to do
I gave a new truth to gushing with fluid

I do it, I do it I move like I'm brewing
The new sense of style my crew runs the mile
I cannot be guarded I feel like I'm flawless
