When You Look at Me

When I look at you
All I see is youth
You smile like a child
Without any sort of mask
You light up the room
Every time we have a laugh
I see every single feeling
In the honest of your eyes

When you look at me
I wonder, do you see
The few gray hairs
The wrinkles round my eyes
The confident swagger
I wear as a disguise
The extra bit of weight
I carry round my waist

I'm scared
One day you won't want me

I paid for everything
It was my duty
Asked you to come here
And arranged for you stay with me
But now I'm questioning
Hell why you came
I can't quite work out
If y'all actually might feel the same

When you look at me
I wonder, do you see
A good man
Or a man made of his flaws?
A real love
Or someone who opens doors?
Do you see a man that you could maybe love
For life?

When you look at me
