I'd like to write a happy song
Full of joy and love
I would then feel hypocritical about what I have done
Cause if you looks gone down

Or that man has ever been kind
But it couldn't have always been like this
So many people walking around blind
To that fact that all men were created equal
And still they don't see the signs

I can't see how one could teach their young that as long as they should live
That they should hate another human for the color of their skin
Fathers say Son stay clear of a heathen for they're full of sin
The Hypocrisy of Humanity has never been more evident

I have a Brother that I love and he is older than
I have learned from his mistakes at least I think I've tried
He died in prison though innocent many tears both we have cried
