Writing a memoir

Did you ever wanna write any kind of non-fiction book, um, about your life
Instead of clearing up some of the myths?

No, nah, I have, I have no interest in confirming or denying anything
If my interest is in creating something, I mean, I would
Nothing could be more tedious and boring than for me to write about myself
I mean, I know all about myself and so what?

You know, what's interesting to me is creating something that's not there
You know, putting something out on the page, the page is empty
I mean the fun of it is, George didn't exist, now he exists
And Susan doesn't exist, now she exists

And it's fun and has a drawing back of it
When these people exist, and they are dancing in front of me
And I get a big kick out of that
And the emotions that fill 'em in
I get a kick also writing all of that
See uh, I uh, I'll be interested in saying if it
If, uh, removing the music takes some of the kick away from me
